As a Product Service Engineer at CEAD, you are part of the crucial link between our advanced 3D printing technology and our worldwide client base. With CEAD systems installed across the globe. With systems installed across the globe – primarily in Europe, the US, and the UK, as well as regions such as the UAE, Asia, Australia, and Africa – you support our customers both remotely and on-site and represent CEAD as an approachable and trusted technical partner.
International travel is a core part of this role and requires flexibility and travel readiness. You provide (remote) technical support and work closely with our Product Service Engineers, Field Service Engineers, and technical specialists to analyze and resolve customer issues. During international customer visits, your main mission is to empower client teams through safety-focused operator training. Additionally, you support occasional preventative and corrective machine interventions. As your technical knowledge and experience develop, you gradually take on greater responsibility and work towards independently handling defined support, training and service activities.
The position combines customer interaction with broad technical problem-solving. You thrive in a dynamic role where clear communication, empathy and calm under pressure, technical curiosity and generalism come together to deliver unmatched customer satisfaction.
