DataSnipper is seeking an Agent Implementation Manager to lead the first 90 days of customer onboarding on our agent platform, scoping and building their first agents while driving adoption in audit and finance workflows. You will work with CS, Product, and Engineering on complex implementations and escalation-worthy issues.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in implementation, onboarding, solutions engineering, customer success, or a customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on builder mindset: configuring, testing and iterating software.
• Customer presence: build trust with stakeholders and run structured sessions.
• Structured execution: manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail.
• Clear communication: translate technical decisions for customers.
• Curiosity about AI and industry transformation in enterprise software.
• Adaptability: thrive where playbooks are evolving.

Responsibilities

• Manage the first 90 days of onboarding for customers, aligning stakeholders and defining success.
• Run discovery sessions to map workflows and identify high-value agent use cases.
• Configure agents from templates and playbooks, escalating issues as needed.
• Troubleshoot prompting and accuracy, following escalation matrix for complex cases.
• Support adoption tracking with the CSM and monitor early signals.
• Handoff to ongoing CS with a clean transition and documentation.
• Document implementation notes and customer feedback to improve templates and playbooks.
