Responsibilities

• Embed with teams to map processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Build tool-calling agents that run real business processes reliably.
• Turn builds into reusable skills, connectors, evals, and templates.
• Hand off systems with runbooks, eval frameworks, and named owners.
• Define quality standards for agents and mentor team champions.
