Job summary

Lleverage.ai is hiring to scale AI automation for business workflows. You will build and refine intelligent agents, deploy generative AI models in production, and design robust evaluation and retrieval systems. A hands-on approach with fast feedback cycles will drive improvements across backend and frontend components.

You will work in a fast-moving, AI-focused startup environment, collaborating with entrepreneurs to push the boundaries of AI in business automation.

Qualifications

Deep experience with generative AI models and deployment.
Proven track record building AI agents with function calls.
Experience evaluating large language models and metrics.
Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector stores.

Responsibilities

Build intelligent agents and enhance AI copilots to automate workflows.
Implement evaluation frameworks and metrics for AI model performance.
Design fine-tuning strategies for generative models for product use cases.
Develop backend APIs and frontend interfaces around AI models (Next.js/TypeScript).
Develop and optimize RAG knowledge retrieval systems.
Set up monitoring and alerting for AI models in production.
Contribute to fast feedback loops: release, learn, improve.
Assess engineering decisions against customer value and outcomes.
