Job summary

Philips is seeking a Product Owner for display software in the Imaging Chain Cluster. You will turn hands-on software engineering experience into a clear product direction for Philips X-ray platforms, including Azurion, owning the Scrum backlog and delivering on technical roadmaps.

The role requires over 10 years of software development experience, 3+ years as PO, and strong C++11/C# skills in a Windows environment.

Qualifications

Over 10 years of technical software development experience.
3+ years of Product Owner experience.
Hands-on software engineering in C++/C#.
Experience with Windows environments.
Model-based design, automatic code generation, software-to-hardware interaction, TDD/BDD, AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the Scrum team backlog, prepare content for PI planning and align features with the technical roadmap and business priorities.
Translate system, software and stakeholder needs into well-defined features and stories for maintainable, high-quality software.
Estimate and roadmap features within the Agile Release Train, managing risks and dependencies across teams.
Challenge technical assumptions and partner credibly with software designers, engineers, architects and system stakeholders.
Contribute to innovation in X-ray imaging and display software for Azurion in a regulated medical-device environment.
Drive continuous improvement and lean ways of working across local and international stakeholders.
