Job summary

Philips in the Netherlands seeks a Product Owner for Image Guided Therapy (Display Software) to turn deep software expertise into clear product direction.

You will own and prioritize the Scrum backlog, translate needs into features, and roadmap within an Agile Release Train while working with designers, engineers and stakeholders.

The base salary ranges €78.187–€130.312 per year, plus a 3% bonus. The role is office-based with at least 3 days on-site weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/SE/IT or equivalent.
• 10+ years of technical software development experience.
• 3+ years as Product Owner translating technical needs into backlog.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Scrum team backlog and prepare content for PI planning.
• Translate system and stakeholder needs into well-defined features and stories.
• Estimate and road-map features within the Agile Release Train, manage risks.
• Challenge technical assumptions and collaborate with designers, engineers, and architects.
• Support innovation in X-ray imaging and display software within a regulated medical-device context.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean ways of working with local and international stakeholders.
