Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency required.
• HBO or WO degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years as Product Owner in a large, complex organization.
• Experience in customer service environments and process/value stream improvements.
• Strong business-oriented mindset focused on service, process, and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Set clear priorities to drive customer contact process improvements.
• Maintain and refine the backlog to reflect priorities.
• Develop and execute a team-level roadmap.
• Identify and manage cross-department dependencies.
• Engage stakeholders to align priorities and interests.
• Guide objectives and team contributions to performance gains.
• Support adoption and sustainment of process changes.
