Job summary

Embla Medical in Eindhoven is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the digital transformation of our Distribution Order Fulfillment processes. You will own the product roadmap for the systems supporting order fulfillment and work with Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain and IT to automate processes, reduce costs and improve customer service.

You’ll translate business needs into clear user stories, set sprint priorities, manage the backlog with Scrum teams, and drive end-to-end

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
5+ years as Product Owner/Manager in logistics, warehousing, or fulfillment.
Experience with Agile/Scrum environments and Jira backlog management.
Strong knowledge of ERP, WMS, CRM, and system integrations.
Analytical mindset with SQL, Excel, or Power BI skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Order Fulfillment.
Translate business needs into clear user stories and priorities for development teams.
Define sprint priorities, maintain a healthy backlog, and work with Scrum teams to maximize value.
Improve end-to-end fulfillment processes through automation, efficiency, and integration.
Collaborate with operations to translate challenges into scalable digital solutions.
Coordinate testing, releases, and change management for successful adoption.
Connect systems like Salesforce, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and WMS for seamless order processing.
