Job summary

Gazelle Global is seeking an experienced Product Owner for an eight-month contract in the Netherlands. You will lead the Customer Service Process Improvement & Implementation team, translating the vision into a concrete roadmap and prioritized backlog while ensuring high-value deliverables.

You will partner with other Product Owners and the Scrum Master to reinforce prioritisation, cross-team collaboration, and improved operational performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Owner experience in large, complex organisations.
• Proven experience in process and chain improvement, preferably within customer service or service delivery.
• Strong ability to develop vision and roadmaps and translate them into prioritized backlogs.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management across diverse interests.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Kanban; PSPO certification is a plus.
