Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in a high-tech or manufacturing operations role.
• Experience in account management or project management.
• Strong communicator with customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Define ramp-up plans and support NPI and early production.
• Monitor yields, cycle times and production effectiveness.
• Manage production and field issues including complaint handling.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation.
• Own manufacturing documentation and validate production setups.
