Logisnext Europe invites a Product Manager to own the Electric Counterbalance (ECB) portfolio, driving profitability and long-term growth. You will collaborate with engineering, sales, and suppliers to shape innovative solutions that add value for customers globally.

You will lead roadmap development, manage lifecycle, and partner with technology providers. The role offers hybrid work in Almere and opportunities for international exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Business or Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or a similar role.
• Passion for technical products and innovation.
• Strong commercial mindset with analytical thinking and customer focus.
• Ability to translate market insights into product strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial in a dynamic international setting.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own the ECB product portfolio, including profitability and growth.
• Analyze portfolio performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Act as product expert for the global sales organization with pricing input and recommendations.
• Define and execute long-term product roadmap aligning with opportunities and objectives.
• Drive innovation by expanding portfolio with integrated AI, battery, and IoT solutions.
• Lead new product development from concept to market introduction and lifecycle.
• Build relationships with strategic suppliers and partners; travel internationally as needed.
