Logisnext Europe invites a Product Manager to own the Electric Counterbalance (ECB) portfolio, driving profitability and long-term growth. You will collaborate with engineering, sales, and suppliers to shape innovative solutions that add value for customers globally.

You will lead roadmap development, manage lifecycle, and partner with technology providers. The role offers hybrid work in Almere and opportunities for international exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Business or Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or a similar role.
• Passion for technical products and innovation.
• Strong commercial mindset with analytical thinking and customer focus.

For our European headquarters, we are looking for a Product Manager - Electric Counterbalance Portfolio to drive and grow our ECB product portfolio for these globally recognized brands. You will own the portfolio, ensuring strong commercial performance today while shaping the products and solutions of tomorrow. You will work closely with engineering, suppliers, sales teams, and customers to develop innovative solutions that create value for customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Own the Electric Counterbalance (ECB) product portfolio, including commercial performance, profitability, and long-term growth.
• Continuously analyze portfolio performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Act as the product expert for the global sales organization, supporting day-to-day activities with product advice, customer requests, competitive insights, pricing input, and portfolio recommendations to maximize business success.
• Define and execute the long-term product roadmap, balancing market opportunities, customer requirements, and business objectives.
• Drive innovation by expanding the portfolio with integrated solutions, combining hardware with AI camera systems, advanced battery technologies, and IoT-enabled products.
• Lead new product development projects from concept through market introduction and lifecycle management.
• Build strong relationships with strategic suppliers and technology partners to identify new technologies and accelerate innovation.
• Operate in an international environment with occasional travel.

About you (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline; engineering background is a plus.
• Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Development, or a similar commercial-technical role.
• Passion for technical products and innovation.
• Strong commercial mindset with analytical thinking and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to translate market insights into successful product strategies and business opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of bridging technical and commercial perspectives.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic international environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
