Job summary

You will drive product strategy with engineering, own marketing content, define positioning, and lead launches while collaborating across engineering, sales, and marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience in energy storage, batteries, or power electronics and several years of working experience as an engineer.
• Strong knowledge of battery technologies, charging strategies, and energy management systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth for the Battery Charger and DC Distribution portfolio through product strategy and market positioning.
• Execute product strategy and work closely with engineering to drive development from concept to launch
• Own and create hands‑on marketing content, including presentations, datasheets, application notes, and launch materials.
• Define product positioning and translate technical features into clear customer value propositions.
• Lead product launches, including sales training and go‑to‑market preparation.
• Assess market trends and customer needs to guide product enhancements.
• Operate as a central connector between engineering, sales, and marketing, actively aligning teams and driving execution.
• Manage product certifications and quality processes.
