Job summary

Trustoo Amsterdam is seeking a Product Lead to head the New Customer squad. You will own the end-to-end journey from first contact to active, paying subscribers in a lean, AI-augmented sales funnel.

You will lead a small team of two developers and a UX designer, collaborate with sales/marketing, and align roadmaps with founders. The role blends strategy with hands-on execution and demands strong market insight.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of product experience, with team leadership.
• Experience building or optimizing a SaaS B2B sales funnel.
• Strong English communication; marketplaces a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and OKRs for the New Customer squad.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog management, and unblock your developers and UX designer.
• Design and optimize a SaaS-style B2B sales funnel: signup flows, onboarding, activation, pricing and packaging experiments.
• Think AI first and set up AI agents to streamline processes.
• Translate initiatives into concrete tickets, test features, measure results and prepare next iterations.
• Bring releases to market with release notes and enabling Sales to pitch new features.
