ING is seeking a proactive IT Risk Management professional to reinforce our Global CoE IT & Cyber Risk Management in Amsterdam. You will drive IT risk processes, collaborate with IT control delivery teams, and help design risk metrics that support ING's strategy while maintaining a strong control posture.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, risk reporting expertise, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of IT Audit or IT Risk Management experience.
• Solid knowledge of IT risk processes and reporting.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
• Proactive and persuasive mindset.
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT control delivery organizations to ensure correct delivery of risk standards and metrics.
• Support reporting standards and guidelines and help implement them across local IT risk teams.
