Job summary

ING is seeking an experienced Lead Global Green Tech to steer the Green Tech agenda across its global technology organisation. You will align initiatives, people and capabilities to turn ambition into measurable environmental impact, delivering technology services with lower environmental footprint per unit of business value.

You will report to the CIO Global Infrastructure and work within the Product Vision and Portfolio Tribe, shaping strategy, governance and scalable green solutions across

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex change in large organisations.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industry.
• Proven track record delivering sustainability, ESG, technology transformation or organisational change programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the Green Tech portfolio and roadmap across the technology organisation.
• Develop strategy and drive delivery of sustainability initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Use data to identify improvements, prioritise investments and optimise Green Tech results.
• Influence senior stakeholders across Technology, Business, Risk and Support Functions.
• Drive adoption of Green Tech capabilities by translating sustainability ambitions into scalable products and services.
• Build and nurture a network of sustainability advocates and subject matter experts.
• Identify emerging trends, regulatory developments and translate them into opportunities for ING.
• Combine product management and change leadership skills to enable long-term behavioural change.
• Ensure sustainability considerations are integrated into technology decision-making and operations.
