Job summary

Applied Medical is seeking a Senior IT Asset Administrator / IMAC Support to manage the CMDB content, IT asset lifecycle, storage inventory, and onboarding/offboarding related to hardware for new team members. The role combines on-site support with hybrid options and requires hands-on end-user assistance.

The candidate should have ITIL training, 2+ years in IT asset roles, and experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, plus strong Excel skills for data handling and reporting.

Qualifications

• ITIL certification preferred or relevant ITIL training.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar IT asset role.
• Proven knowledge of IT Asset Management.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Experience with IT service management tools (ServiceNow preferred).
• Knowledge of Excel pivot tables, filters and CSV files.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle asset administration.
• Administration of the IT Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Ensure audit support and compliance.
• Administration of database records of IT-related vendor portals (e.g., telecom).
• Storage room custodian for IT inventory.
• Provide hands-on assistance and guidance to end-users.
• Proactive IT training and training documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the department.
