Action is seeking a seasoned Lead IT & Technology Procurement Manager to drive procurement strategy and execution across IT infrastructure, software, cloud, and digital platforms. You will lead a dedicated team and partner with Technology, Legal, and Finance to deliver value across Europe.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in an international technology or IT procurement environment.
• Strong experience with category management and supplier negotiations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills (prioritize).
• You are confident in expressing your opinion, resilient under pressure, and able to maintain an overview.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technology procurement team (4 FTE).
• Develop category strategies for IT infrastructure, software, cloud, and digital platforms.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with strategic technology vendors.
• Collaborate with Technology, Legal, and Finance stakeholders.
• Contribute to building a scalable procurement organization supporting Action’s rapid growth.
