Job summary

Orange Capital Partners (OCP) is seeking a Product Lead - Digital Platform to own the LIVIA platform strategy, roadmap and scaling across markets. You will translate business ambitions and resident needs into a clear product vision, working with senior stakeholders across Asset Management, Customer Experience and Finance to ensure value delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
8–10 years of product management experience, ideally with B2C digital platforms.
Experience with Salesforce, marketplaces, fintech or Proptech, or Boomi.
Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
Amsterdam-based, with willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Own the product strategy and roadmap for LIVIA, translating priorities into clear plans.
Adapt and scale LIVIA to support new markets while standardising platform features.
Introduce continuous discovery with business validation and data insights.
Prioritise initiatives balancing impact, operations and technical debt.
Manage external tech partnerships end-to-end with a 6 FTE external team.
Identify AI and automation opportunities to improve resident experience and efficiency.
Strengthen product management practices and build a product-driven organisation.
Mentor a Junior Product Manager and grow the product team.
