Job summary

Orange Capital Partners (OCP) seeks an Asset Manager based in Amsterdam to oversee a residential real estate portfolio. You will manage financial performance, coordinate with Portfolio Management, Financial Control and Investments to optimise assets and drive investor returns.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in real estate investment management, strong financial modelling and a proactive, structured approach to asset management, with fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in real estate investment management, private equity, investment banking or advisory.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Experience with privatisations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property performance against business plans and budgets (rental income, arrears, vacancy, Opex and Capex).
• Analyse financial statements, operating metrics and market trends.
• Drive performance and maximise returns via strategic initiatives.
• Support privatisation processes from splitting buildings to sales execution.
• Oversee capital improvement projects and major renovations.
• Prepare and present business plans, budgets and performance reports at portfolio levels.
• Assist with quarterly investor reports and investor inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and ESG policies.
• Support acquisition and disposition activities with underwriting and due diligence.
• Contribute to rolling out innovative processes and digital tools in property management.
• Enhance tenant experience through streamlined operations and proactive improvements.
