Orange Capital Partners invites a talented Product Lead to own the LIVIA platform strategy, evolve the product, and scale across markets with a strong product vision. You will work with senior stakeholders across Asset Management, Customer Experience, Finance and country teams to translate resident needs into a clear roadmap, while mentoring a Junior Product Manager as LIVIA grows.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for LIVIA, translating business priorities into clear product priorities.
• Scale the LIVIA platform to support new markets, balancing local requirements with platform standardisation.
• Introduce continuous discovery practices by validating assumptions with the business and using insights to guide decisions.
• Prioritise initiatives balancing strategic impact, operational improvements and technical debt.
• Manage external technology partnerships end-to-end, including delivery quality and roadmap alignment; direct an external team of ~6 FTE.
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation to improve resident experience and operational efficiency.
• Strengthen product management practices and help build a more product-driven organisation.
• Manage and mentor a Junior Product Manager and help build the product team as LIVIA scales.

The role

As Product Lead - Digital Platform, you will own the product strategy, evolution and scaling of the LIVIA platform itself. You will translate business ambitions and resident needs into a clear product vision, roadmap and execution plan. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Asset Management, Customer Experience, Finance, Portfolio Management and country teams, ensuring LIVIA continues to deliver value for both residents and the business.

This is a unique opportunity to own a mission-critical digital platform, introduce stronger product practices, and play a key role in transforming an industry that has historically been slow to adopt technology.

Main responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for LIVIA, translating business priorities, resident needs and data insights into clear product priorities
• Adapt and scale the LIVIA platform to support new markets, balancing local requirements with platform standardisation
• Introduce continuous discovery practices by validating assumptions with the business, analysing user behaviour and using insights to guide product decisions
• Prioritise initiatives balancing strategic impact, operational improvements and technical debt
• Manage external technology partnerships end-to-end, including delivery quality, roadmap alignment and commercial terms. Direct an external development team of around 6 FTE and ensure effective collaboration with the business
• dentify opportunities for AI and automation to improve resident experience and operational efficiency, building on what LIVIA already does today
• Strengthen product management practices and help build a more product-driven organisation
• Manage and mentor a Junior Product Manager and help build the product team as LIVIA continues to scale

The profile

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically strong professional with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach:

Required qualifications, experience and skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a relevant field
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in product management, ideally within B2C digital platforms
• Experience in Salesforce, marketplaces, fintech, Proptech, or Boomi is a plus
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
• Amsterdam‑based, with willingness to travel
