Job summary

Leadinfo, Rotterdam-based, is seeking a Data Product Manager to own the data platform vision and roadmap. You will decide what to build or buy, identify new data sources, and shape the European market entry strategy leveraging the platform's data advantage.

You’ll align data products with commercial goals, own metrics like MRR and churn definitions, and partner with data, product, and engineering teams to deliver a durable, scalable data layer and new signals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with a track record of owning a product roadmap and the strategy behind it.
• Experience with a data product (data platform, data marketplace, sales-intelligence, or analytics product) and a view on how data creates commercial value.
• Strong commercial judgment: buying/ building and vendor negotiations as business decisions.
• Familiarity with a modern data stack (SQL, warehouse, dbt, orchestration) and credibility with data engineers.
• Stakeholder leadership across product, engineering, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the data platform vision and single roadmap for Leadinfo's data as a product.
• Decide what data to build vs. buy and identify new data sources and signals.
• Turn data into growth by aligning the data roadmap with commercial strategy and market expansion across Europe.
• Own buy-vs-build decisions and sourcing strategy end-to-end, including partnerships where necessary.
• Define trusted metrics (MRR, NRR, churn, funnel) and the data marts used by commercial teams.
