Job summary

IDEA StatiCa Benelux in Eindhoven seeks a Product Engineer–Structural Engineer to be the technical point of contact for Benelux customers, focusing on technical support, knowledge sharing, and content creation. You will deliver demonstrations, workshops, webinars and training sessions to help engineers use IDEA StatiCa effectively and to support the local team with technical and commercial activities.

Qualifications

Technical background in structural engineering and design.
Master's degree in Structural Engineering or comparable qualification.
Analytical and strong at solving technical challenges.
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly.
Customer-oriented and enjoys helping engineers and customers.
Affinity for software and digital technologies.
Strong presentation skills for training, demonstrations, and webinars.
Good command of Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

Technical support for customers and users relating to IDEA StatiCa.
Translate technical knowledge into clear, practical answers, guides, and instructions.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles, videos, tutorials, and other content.
Deliver training sessions, webinars, workshops, and software demonstrations.
Test new software releases and help users implement and work with new features.
Ensure information content aligns with Benelux engineers’ needs.
Build professional, accessible relationships with users and customers.
