Job summary

IDEA StatiCa Benelux in Eindhoven seeks a Product Engineer–Structural Engineer to be the technical point of contact for Benelux customers, focusing on technical support, knowledge sharing, and content creation. You will deliver demonstrations, workshops, webinars and training sessions to help engineers use IDEA StatiCa effectively and to support the local team with technical and commercial activities.

Qualifications

• Technical background in structural engineering and design.
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or comparable qualification.
• Analytical and strong at solving technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly.

• Affinity for software and digital technologies.

• Good command of Dutch and English; French is a plus.

As aProduct Engineer, you will be the technical point of contact for customers and users of IDEA StatiCa in the Benelux. The focus of this role is on technical support, knowledge sharing, and content creation.

You will help engineers use IDEA StatiCa effectively, answer technical questions via email and other channels, and ensure that customers can quickly and confidently move forward with their projects. In addition, you will deliverdemonstrations, workshops, webinars, and training sessionsfor customers and prospects, and support the local team with technical and commercial activities.

You will be an important link between IDEA StatiCa and structural engineers across the Benelux, helping users get the maximum value from our software.

At IDEA StatiCa Benelux, you will have the opportunity to work within aclose-knit and engaged teamwhere you will be given significant responsibility. You will work with structural engineers across the Benelux on a daily basis and help them use modern software to work more efficiently and intelligently.

You will join an environment whereengineering, structural design, and softwarecome together. No two days are the same: one day you may help a customer solve a technical challenge, while the next you could be creating a new tutorial, delivering a training session, or demonstrating our software to a customer.

What will you do?

Technical support:Support customers and users with technical questions relating to IDEA StatiCa.

Knowledge sharing:Translate technical knowledge into clear, practical answers, guides, and instructions.

Content creation:Create and maintain knowledge base articles, videos, tutorials, and other technical content.

Training & demonstrations:Deliver training sessions, webinars, workshops, and software demonstrations for customers and prospects.

Software support:Test new software releases and help users implement and work with new features and functionality.

Local technical support:Ensure that technical information and content are aligned with the needs and working practices of structural engineers in the Benelux.

Customer interaction:Build professional, accessible, and trusted technical relationships with users and customers.

What are the requirements?

You have a technical background in structural engineering and design.

You have a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or a comparable qualification.

You are analytical and strong at solving technical challenges.

You have excellent communication skills and are able to explain complex topics in a clear and practical way.

You are customer-oriented and genuinely enjoy helping engineers and customers.

You have an affinity for software and digital technologies.

You have a strong presentation skills for training sessions, demonstrations, and webinars.

You are eager to continuously expand your knowledge and learn about new technologies.

You have a good command of Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Driving license: Category B (and access to your own transportation).
