Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to strengthen how R&D decisions are made, using data, AI, and Voice of the Customer to improve how we discover, define, build, and iterate products. You’ll operate at the intersection of product, data, and customer insight to establish reliable signals and metrics.

You’ll work with Mixpanel, Looker, dbt, and Segment, building scalable instrumentation, dashboards, and a trusted metric layer so product investments are grounded in outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics or related roles.
• Strong SQL and analytics tooling experience.
• Experience turning data into actionable product insights.

Responsibilities

• Support and evolve product measurement and instrumentation.
• Build scalable dashboards for product teams and establish metric definitions.
• Work with analytics tools to ensure accurate reporting and data quality.
• Translate product usage into clear insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate across Product, Data, and AI teams to enable data-driven decisions.
