CloudTalk is seeking a Product Manager to shape the future of AI plus human communication for our core Sales & Support segment, expanding qualification and deflection-like cases across industries. Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B, preferably in audio/visual/omnichannel, translating user needs into problems solved for manager/operational personas.

Responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of core users through direct and indirect research.
• Craft a vision and strategy that contributes to the product strategy and drives progress toward business goals and customer outcomes.
• Translate knowledge into a compelling, well-researched strategy and roadmap that drives growth for CloudTalk and customer success.
• Co-lead customer discovery with peers in Product Management & Product Design, facilitating journey mapping and identifying key tasks for the user segment.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Experience, and R&D to validate and define solutions to daily user challenges.
• Drive product-led decision making across R&D and CloudTalk-wide initiatives.
