Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement/Logistics (5 years preferred).
• Experience with food ingredients, fruits, or agricultural commodities preferred.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across departments.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Ownership mindset and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Managing sourcing activities and supplier negotiations.
• Leading tenders and evaluating commercial proposals.
• Negotiating pricing, contracts, and supply agreements.
• Monitoring supplier performance and driving improvements.
• Assessing crop developments, market trends, and supply risks.
• Identifying savings opportunities and supporting cost reduction initiatives.
• Maintaining price forecasts and performance reporting.
• Supporting innovation projects and new product developments.
• Collaborating with teams across R&D, Quality, Planning, Operations, and Finance.
