Nebius Group is building a full-stack AI cloud platform, headquartered in Amsterdam. We are seeking a hands-on Business Operations Team Lead to guide a team of Operations Specialists, drive end-to-end P2P processes, and partner across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Accounting to enable scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Operations or related roles.
• Proven leadership experience or team leadership.
• Experience driving cross-functional processes with Procurement, Finance, AP and Legal.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving with data-driven decisions.
• Fluent English and strong stakeholder communication.
• Experience in a global, scaling organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Business Operations team with clear expectations.
• Manage PRs, requests and tickets, and support complex cases and escalations.
• Own and improve Business Operations processes for scalable execution.
• Drive performance by monitoring metrics, trends, and gaps.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, AP, Legal and other functions to resolve challenges.
• Identify gaps and drive practical improvements from detection to implementation.
• Lead design and adoption of new workflows, systems, and automation.
• Ensure alignment with internal policies and controls, and support cross-functional projects.
