Atlassian is seeking a Principal Customer Success Manager for Public Sector & Enterprise. You will partner with public sector organisations and commercial customers across Benelux and the Nordics to maximise value from Atlassian investments, guiding complex transformations and cloud migrations.

You will be based in the Netherlands or the United Kingdom, fluent in Dutch, and lead strategic relationships while aligning with cross-functional teams to ensure long-term customer health and ROI.

Formación

• Fluency in Dutch is required to support Dutch-speaking customers across the region.
• 8+ years in Customer Success Management or a transferable customer-facing role supporting complex strategic accounts, including 2+ years working with Public Sector organisations.

Responsabilidades

• Build Strategic Trusted Advisor Relationships with senior public sector stakeholders, IT leaders, and transformation directors across Benelux and the Nordics.
• Champion Cloud Migration & Digital Transformation for public sector and commercial customers, enabling cloud adoption and AI-driven productivity.
• Drive Value Realisation & Success Planning through Customer Success Plans and Executive Business Reviews for complex accounts.
• Navigate Customer Governance & Ways of Working across procurement, governance, data and security requirements.
• Cross-Functional Alignment with Enterprise Sales, Solutions Engineering, Cloud Migration specialists, Product teams and Solution Partners.
