Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Principal Customer Success Manager, Public Sector & Enterprise, to partner with strategic public sector organizations and commercial customers across Benelux and the Nordics. You will guide complex transformations, cloud migrations, and AI-powered adoption across Atlassian solutions.

You will lead strategic relationships, drive cloud migration initiatives, and ensure measurable ROI while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver long‑term customer health.

Qualifications

• Dutch language fluency required to support regional customers.
• 8+ years in Customer Success or related roles with 2+ years in public sector.
• Experience managing high‑level enterprise portfolios for large organisations.
• Hands-on with cloud migrations and digital transformations.
• Strong governance, data, and security awareness in public sector contexts.

Responsibilities

• Build Strategic Trusted Advisor Relationships with senior public sector stakeholders and transformation directors across Benelux and Nordics.
• Champion Cloud Migration & Digital Transformation guiding customers through cloud migration and AI-powered solutions.
• Drive Value Realisation & Success Planning with Executive reviews ensuring ROI and high user adoption.
• Navigate Customer Governance & Ways of Working adapting to procurement cycles and data/security requirements.
• Cross-Functional Alignment with Enterprise Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams.
