Job summary

Eaton seeks a Pricing Tools & Systems BP Owner to govern pricing processes and systems across the sales organization. You will translate pricing policies into CPQ and SAP logic, and collaborate with Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Sales, and IT to drive standardization and improvements.

The role combines pricing, IT, and analytics with leadership to influence stakeholders and deliver value across a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Pricing or IT.

Responsibilities

• Translate commercial pricing policy into CPQ logic, approval flows, and system rules.
• Own pricing-related approval matrix and governance.
• Proactively drive pricing tool enhancements and innovation, including analytics and AI use cases.
• Partner with CPRO and IT on end-to-end approval processes for pricing workflows.
• Drive standardization across CSOs on pricing processes and drive change management.
