Job summary

Corbion seeks a high-impact Global Pricing Director to lead our worldwide pricing organization. You will shape pricing strategy, governance, and execution, partnering with business lines, finance, procurement, and product management to drive profitable growth.

You will build a high-performing pricing team, embed pricing best practices, and advance capabilities across SAP, Salesforce and analytics tools to create customer value and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in pricing, revenue management or related commercial roles.
• Experience with value-based and cost-based pricing strategies.
• Experience in complex B2B environments, preferably chemicals/industrial.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the global pricing process from strategy to execution and performance monitoring.
• Act as global process owner for pricing with governance and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a global pricing team and build pricing capabilities.
• Integrate pricing with SAP, Salesforce and related models and tools.
• Monitor pricing performance, market dynamics, and cost developments to identify opportunities.
• Drive pricing transformation and adoption of pricing excellence across the organization.
• Advise senior leaders and cross-functional teams on pricing strategies.
