Job summary

Eaton in the Netherlands is seeking a Pricing Tools & Systems Business Process Owner to shape pricing across CPQ and SAP, translating policies into system logic and governance.

You will collaborate with Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Sales and IT to standardize processes, improve efficiency, and enable AI‑enabled pricing enhancements across the organization.

This hybrid role requires 25% travel to supported locations and a strong background in SAP/CPQ and stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Pricing or IT.

Responsibilities

• Translate commercial pricing policy into CPQ logic, approval flows, and system rules.
• Own pricing‑related approval matrix and governance.
• Proactively drive pricing tool enhancements and innovation, including advanced analytics and AI use cases.
• Partner with CPRO and IT on end‑to‑end approval processes for flow and project sales.
• Drive standardization across CSOs on pricing processes, increasing efficiency and driving change.
