Role Overview

As a Precision Mechanical Bench Worker, your main responsibility will be performing fine mechanical bench work and assembly tasks with high precision and attention to detail. You will work with technical components and mechanical parts in a structured and professional production environment. You will work day shifts from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Perform fine mechanical bench work and assembly tasks
• Work with technical drawings and mechanical specifications
• Assemble and finish precision mechanical components
• Use hand tools and measuring equipment accurately
• Inspect and control the quality of finished products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient production processes

Qualifications

• Technical background or good technical understanding
• Experience in fine mechanical bench work is an advantage
• Ability to work accurately and with attention to detail
• Comfortable using hand tools and measuring equipment
• Independent and responsible working attitude
• English level B1 minimum
• European Union citizenship (mandatory)

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross salary: €15.13 per hour
• Weekly net income: approximately €480 – €500, according to Dutch labor legislation
• Full-time contract with long-term opportunities
• Overtime possibilities for additional income
• Weekly payment, including pension accrual from day one
• 25 vacation days per year (20 paid vacation days + 5 paid weekly with salary)
• 8% holiday allowance paid weekly with salary
