Job summary

Maintec is looking for a Precision Mechanical Worker in Eindhoven, Netherlands. You will perform assembly and finishing of high-quality plastic components in a full-time position with day shifts. Job description

As a Precision Mechanical Worker, you will be responsible for performing fine mechanical finishing, assembly, and precision bench work on high-quality plastic components used in advanced technical industries.

This is a full-time position in day shifts from Monday to Friday within a stable and growing organization that values motivated and technically skilled employees.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform fine mechanical bench work and precision assembly tasks
• Assemble and finish technical plastic and mechanical components
• Read and interpret technical drawings and mechanical specifications
• Remove burrs and perform detailed finishing of machined products
• Install inserts, fasteners, helicoils, and other assembly components
• Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and precision equipment accurately
• Inspect, measure, and control the quality of finished products
• Support assembly and post-processing activities within production

Qualifications

• Experience in technical production, mechanical assembly, or fine mechanical bench work
• Technical insight and ability to work accurately with small components
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
• Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment
• Good English communication skills (minimum B1 level)
• Valid driving licence (Cat. B)
• Motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented attitude
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Willing to work in day shifts and commit to a long-term position

Employment Conditions

• Gross hourly wage €15,13
• Weekly salary payments
• Clear employment contract in your own language, with the intention of long-term cooperation
