Job description

As a Technical Worker, you are responsible for the quality, maintenance, and repair of returned packaging to ensure it can be re-used. You follow technical repair instructions (drawings) and checklists while making the most efficient use of materials. Your main responsibilities:

1. Autonomously inspect, repair, and maintain returned high-tech packaging following quality guidelines.
2. The packaging is high-tech: repairing sensors, springs and other (complex) mechanical parts;
3. Safely use tools, equipment, and transport vehicles (e.g., reachtruck and reachstacker).
4. Perform quality checks and handle basic administrative tasks.
5. Follow company rules on safety, environment, and cleanliness.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Approximately 3+ years of work experience in a technical environment;
2. Able to communicate in English B1/B2 level;
3. Able to read/understand technical drawings! (MUST HAVE)
4. Driving license (car) is preferred;
5. Soft skills that match with the company culture: team player, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Employment Terms:

1. Gross salary between €15,18 and €15,84 per hour;
2. Resulting in a salary approximately between €525 and €600 netto per week based on a 40-hour working week;
3. A contract based on 40-hours with long-term intentions;
4. Possibility for working extra hours for extra income;
5. Salary payments in accordance with Dutch laws and regulations;
6. Building up your pension from the first day of work;
7. You accumulate 20 vacation days with a full year of full-time work;
8. 8.33% holiday allowance per year - paid in May;
9. Health insurance.

Housing & Transport:

1. Clean, safe and certified housing is arranged for you via Maintec;
2. In our housing you have privacy with your own private room and personal space;
3. Close to work and basic necessities (shops, public transport);
4. Transport to and from work is arranged by Maintec.
