Job description

Overview

As an operator, you'll work in a two-shift system and be responsible for part of the production process. By operating the machines, your goal is to meet production demand with the desired quality. Independently operate, monitor, and maintain the production line;

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve machine malfunctions;
• Set up machines based on the production schedule;
• Monitor product quality using various measuring instruments;
• Ensure timely machine maintenance in consultation with your manager and the Technical Department;
• Contribute to structural improvement opportunities;
• Coordinating workflows in consultation with your manager.

Qualifications

• A technical background or extensive experience in production technology is a plus;
• You are willing to work night shifts;
• You have technical knowledge and enjoy brainstorming;
• You are a natural at solution-oriented error analysis;
• You are a precision engineer;
• You have knowledge of and experience with production processes;
• You are decisive, practical, and enjoy working in a team;
• A driving license (car) is preferred - Maintec arranges transport;
• You can communicate in English at a B1/B2 level.

Salary and benefits

• Gross salary of €16,36 per hour;
• We offer a 30% night shift allowance
• Resulting in a salary approximately between €580 and €600 netto per week based on a 40 hour working-week;
• A contract based on 40-hours with long-term intentions
• Possibility for working extra hours for extra income;
• Salary payments in accordance with Dutch laws and regulations.
• Building up your pension from the first day of work;
• You accumulate 20 vacation days with a full year of full-time work;
• 8.33% holiday allowance per year - paid in May.
