Job description

As an assembly worker, your main task is to inspect, repair, and improve high-tech parts and packaging. You will work in a small technical team in two shifts, following repair instructions to ensure quality. Your responsibilities:

• Check the quality of products.
• Repair damaged packaging and high-tech parts.
• Replace broken or faulty parts.
• Do administrative tasks related to repairs and quality checks.
• Suggest improvements to make products work better and look better.

Minimum Requirements:

• Technical experience (at least 1 year) in assembly, mechanics, or as an operator.
• Ability to read and work with technical drawings.
• A technical background (for example, mechatronics) is a plus.
• Preferably a valid driving license and willingness to work in 2 shifts.
• Good English B1/B2 skills, both spoken and written.

Employment terms:

• Gross salary between €14,27 and €14,56 per hour excluding 118% shift allowance;
• Resulting in a salary approximately between €460 and €550 netto per week based on a 40 hour working-week;
• A contract based on 40-hours with long-term intentions;
• Possibility for working extra hours for extra income;
• Salary payments in accordance with Dutch laws and regulations;
• Building up your pension from the first day of work;
• You accumulate 20 vacation days with a full year of full-time work;
• 8,33% holiday allowance per year - paid in May;
• Health insurance.

Housing & transport:

• Clean, safe and certified housing is arranged for you via Maintec;
• In our housing you have privacy with your own private room and personal space;
• Close to work and basic necessities (shops, public transport);
• Transport to- and from work is arranged by Maintec.
