Job summary

Maintec is seeking a Hauser Cleanroom Operator in Eindhoven, Netherlands. You'll be responsible for operating specialized machines and monitoring production in a controlled environment. Qualifications

Job description

As a Hauser Cleanroom Operator, your main responsibility will be operating machines and monitoring the production process in a controlled environment, ensuring high standards of quality and precision based on defined technical procedures. You will work in a two-shift system from Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00. Main Responsibilities:

• Operate specialized machines for precision work
• Perform quality control and register measurements
• Monitor the production process and identify deviations or malfunctions
• Carry out minor machine maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Ensure the workplace remains clean and organized
• Strictly follow cleanroom procedures (including the use of protective equipment)

• Experience in production or machine operation (preferred)
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Good technical understanding
• Accurate, responsible, and detail-oriented mindset
• English level B1/B2 (preferred)
• Availability to work in shifts
• Driving license is an advantage
• EU citizenship (mandatory)

• Gross salary: €15.13 per hour + 18% shift allowance
• Weekly net income: approximately €480 – €500, according to Dutch labor legislation
• Full-time contract with long-term opportunities
• Overtime possibilities for additional income
• Weekly payment, including pension accrual from day one
• 25 vacation days per year (20 paid leave days + 5 vacation days paid weekly with salary)
• 8% holiday allowance paid weekly with salary
