Job summary

HQ Pack in Eindhoven is seeking a Wood Assembly Operator to assemble technical wooden packaging based on drawings. You will measure, prepare and assemble wooden parts, check quality, and work in two shifts (06:00–15:00 and 15:00–24:00) in a professional production environment focused on precision, safety and long-term opportunities.

The role requires experience in carpentry or wood assembly, ability to read drawings, and fluency in English (B1+).

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, wood assembly, or a similar production role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (mandatory).
• Experience in furniture manufacturing or furniture making is preferred.
• Experience using manual and electric tools.
• English level B1 or higher.
• Driving licence preferred.
• European Union citizenship (mandatory).

As a Wood Assembly Operator at HQ Pack in Eindhoven, you assemble technical wooden packaging based on technical drawings. You measure, prepare and assemble wooden parts accurately and check the quality of the finished product. You work Monday to Friday in 2 shifts: 06:00–15:00 and 15:00–24:00. Your Responsibilities

• Experience in carpentry, wood assembly, or a similar production role

• Accurate, responsible, and quality-oriented way of working
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability for full-time work in a 2-shift system

• €15.40 gross per hour
• Approximately €480–€500 net per week
• 18% shift allowance when working shifts
