Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect (Professional Services) to join its Customer Experience team. This role is highly hands-on, acting as a trusted technical partner who guides onboarding, implementation, and expansion with white-glove support and proven strategies.

You’ll work across Kubernetes, Prometheus, logs, and traces to deliver tailored consulting and roadmap assurance while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive standards and customer success.

Qualifications

Located in the Netherlands.
5+ years of deployment team experience with project management.
Direct experience with observability (o11y).
Kubernetes and Grafana product experience.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsibilities

Work with customers including executives, PMs, and IT staff.
Translate business needs into technical requirements.
Design solutions including data visualization, workflows, migrations, and enterprise-scale architecture.
Lead functional workshops, document requirements and design solutions.
Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support for innovations and improvements.
Deliver high-quality technical consulting and ensure timely engagement outcomes.
