Job summary

Ace & Tate HQ in Amsterdam is offering a PR & Production Intern position on a 6-month internship starting August 1, 2026, for 32–40 hours weekly. You’ll join the Brand team and support shoots, production planning, and influencer outreach.

This hands-on role provides real responsibilities, exposure to press and influencer activity, and opportunities to contribute ideas while enjoying a flexible hybrid work setup and eyewear perks.

Qualifications

• Interest in PR, influencer marketing, events, fashion or communications.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to get things done.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Sense of ownership and accountability for your work.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
• Interest in social media, influencers and media trends.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support photo/video shoots, events, and brand activations with the Senior Creative Producer.
• Assist with production planning, logistics, props, and product preparation.
• Provide on-set and event support to ensure smooth setup to pack-down.
• Support influencer gifting and seeding, coordinating deliveries and outreach.
• Manage press/influencer inquiries and monitor the press inbox.
• Track media coverage and assist PR/influencer performance reporting.
• Contribute creative ideas for future campaigns, events, and activations.

We're looking for a PR & Production Intern to join our Brand team at our Amsterdam HQ. Start: 1st of August 2026, for 6 months, 32-40 hours.

What our PR & Production Interns do

• Support photo and video shoots, events, and brand activations alongside our Senior Creative Producer
• Assist with production planning, logistics, prop sourcing, and product preparation
• Provide on-set and event support, helping productions run smoothly from set-up to pack-down
• Support influencer gifting and seeding, coordinating product deliveries and outreach
• Manage press and influencer inquiries and monitor the press inbox
• Track media coverage and support reporting on PR and influencer performance
• Contribute creative ideas for future campaigns, events, and activations

You have

• A strong interest in PR, influencer marketing, events, fashion, or communications
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and a willingness to get things done
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail

• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
