Job summary

ASICS EMEA is seeking a PR coordinator to support cross-functional teams in delivering consumer and corporate communications across the region. You will work with Local Marketing and Central Category to translate brand purpose into compelling campaigns and measure impact.

The role offers exposure to media relations, newsroom management, and activations, with emphasis on organisation, English fluency, and a collaborative work style. Hybrid work and wellbeing benefits are part of our commitment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications or project coordination.
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset and multitasking capabilities.
• Team player with collaborative and adaptable personal attributes.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day communication with Local Marketing teams and PR agencies, ensuring smooth coordination of campaigns, reporting and processes.
• Monitor media coverage, track KPIs and prepare performance reports to help evaluate and optimise PR activities.
• Support budget tracking and invoice processing across Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Localisation, and Brand Storytelling departments.
• Help with press office management and newsroom, including the implementation of new functionality and design updates.
• Support the coordination and implementation of all brand-related PR campaigns and activations.
• Assist in coordinating with our charity partner, Mind.
• Help create and distribute quarterly financial press releases and other corporate communications materials.

Your role in our shared journey

You\'ll contribute to ASICS\' mission by supporting the coordination and execution of PR activities across the EMEA region. In this role, you\'ll work across a variety of projects, partnering with Central Category and Local Marketing teams to bring the brand purpose to life and drive brand preference. This is a broad role offering exposure to consumer PR and brand storytelling, corporate communications, and communications operations across ASICS EMEA. As an ambassador of the brand, you’ll play an important role in reinforcing the positive message that movement uplifts the body and mind.

Your role will be instrumental in bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.
