Job summary

Huxley is seeking a Portfolio Management Officer (PMO) within the Technology department in Noord-Holland. You will join the central PMO team to support governance, planning, reporting and financial control for the Technology portfolio.

You will collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Project Managers and stakeholders, drive process improvements, develop dashboards, and ensure data quality across ServiceNow PPM. A proactive, independent mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, incl. at least 3 years in a PMO or similar support role.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of portfolio, program and project management processes and methodologies.
• Experience with portfolio reporting and financial management.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint).
• Dutch and English speaking on a professional level, with all documentation completed in English.

Responsibilities

• Support Portfolio Managers and the Technology portfolio.
• Maintain and improve portfolio governance, processes and ways of working.
• Manage and coordinate portfolio financial control, forecasting and budget tracking.
• Support portfolio planning, prioritization, resource and capacity management.
• Create and maintain portfolio dashboards and management reports.
• Ensure data quality, completeness and consistency across the portfolio landscape and ServiceNow PPM.
• Act as key user for ServiceNow PPM and support administration, reporting and process improvements.
• Prepare, schedule and facilitate portfolio review meetings, including agendas, packs and minutes.
• Support onboarding of new Project Managers and guidance on governance standards.
• Maintain portfolio mailbox and coordinate portfolio communications and stakeholder updates.
• Develop and maintain portfolio documentation, templates, guidelines and best practices.
• Safeguard adherence to portfolio management standards and governance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO function.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration within the central PMO team.
