Job summary

NN Group Netherlands is seeking a Lead Future Ready Strategic Portfolio Management to drive the group-wide portfolio and PMO of the Future Ready Programme. You will work with senior stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives deliver value and stay on track, while strengthening portfolio management as a core capability.

You will lead a small team and shape change and communication activities to embed the transformation across the organization, ensuring the business case remains sound and value

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading portfolio management, PMO, or transformation delivery within a complex organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage with senior leadership across multiple levels.
• Fluency in Dutch and English with a financial services mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clear, up-to-date overview of the portfolio including progress, dependencies, risks and budgets.
• Identify deviations early and drive timely resolution to keep transformation on track.
• Collaborate with programme and project leads to ensure alignment and consistent execution.
• Prepare board-level reporting and decision materials with clear insights for MB stakeholders.
• Lead a PMO team and coordinate governance, reporting and engagement activities.
