Job summary

Monex Europe is seeking a Senior Executive to own a Polish market revenue book from Amsterdam, coordinating with Dealing, Compliance, Credit & Risk, Operations and Marketing. You will originate and close new business with Polish-speaking corporates and institutions, building long-term client relationships and mentoring junior colleagues.

You will manage your pipeline end to end, drive revenue growth, and ensure compliance with Monex's standards and regulatory obligations across Europe.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Polish; English is the working language and Polish is required for client relationships.
• 5–7 years’ experience in FX, international payments or financial markets sales with revenue delivery.
• Strong negotiation skills and comfort with pricing and margin discussions.
• Solid understanding of the regulatory environment governing FX and payments in Europe.
• Track record building and managing a sales pipeline in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to mentor junior colleagues and progress toward leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own daily, weekly and quarterly revenue performance against targets and KPIs.
• Originate new business in the Polish market through outbound activity and referrals.
• Lead commercial negotiations with clients and maintain margin discipline.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of Polish-speaking corporate and institutional clients.
• Support market presence through marketing materials, presentations and events.
• Balance revenue delivery with compliance and regulatory requirements.
