Job summary

Adyen is seeking a strategic leader to own the long-term strategy, product offering, customer satisfaction, and performance for the Platforms segment. Reporting to the Head of Platforms, you will resolve friction points, identify opportunities, and drive growth across the business.

You will partner with verticals, Sales, and AMs to gather customer feedback, validate ideas quantitatively, and influence a broad network of senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strategic Packaging: create and evolve Adyen's Offering, scalable across verticals and regions.
• Future-Proofing: anticipate future customer and commercial needs and evolve offerings with market and regulatory shifts.
• GTM Execution: partner with Commercial leads to execute the Go-to-Market strategy with strong feedback loops.

Responsibilities

• Customer Centricity: build direct customer relationships and inform strategies with direct feedback from customers and Sales/AMs.
• Pattern Recognition: identify cross-market patterns in customer feedback and translate into data-driven product recommendations.
• Customer and Revenue impact: collaborate with Product Leadership to influence roadmap decisions for adoption and value creation across the portfolio.
• GTM Execution: partner with Commercial leads to execute the Go-to-Market strategy with a strong feedback loop.
