• Data-driven problem solving and comfort navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term strategy for the split payment product and translate market opportunities into roadmaps.
• Serve as product authority for split payments across Adyen and align with engineering, support, sales, and implementations.
• Design and scale rule-driven logic for automated commission calculations and monetization tooling; deliver metrics.
