Adyen seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead and scale its Split Payments capabilities, enabling platform customers to monetize payment processing for their sub‑merchants. The role sits at the intersection of core payment processing, financial data routing, and platform scalability, owning end‑to‑end product lifecycle for split logic.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or client-facing product roles, preferably in enterprise software or fintech.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Data-driven problem solving and comfort navigating ambiguity.

Responsabilités

• Define long-term strategy for the split payment product and translate market opportunities into roadmaps.
• Serve as product authority for split payments across Adyen and align with engineering, support, sales, and implementations.
• Design and scale rule-driven logic for automated commission calculations and monetization tooling; deliver metrics.
