Job summary

Rituals seeks a Product Owner – Platform Foundations to shape the vision and adoption of Cloud Enablement, Enterprise Observability, self-service infrastructure provisioning, and platform guardrails. You will work with Platform Engineers, Staff Engineers, architects and product teams to drive reusable capabilities that boost developer experience and reliability.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading product ownership in technology/platform domains.
• Ability to own portfolios, roadmaps, backlogs and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong platform mindset enabling fast, reliable delivery with governance.
• Able to translate technical strategy into clear priorities for engineers and architects.
• Proven track record of driving platform adoption and customer value.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for Platform Foundations.
• Shape Platform Foundations as a platform-as-a-service offering.
• Lead the Enterprise Observability vision and platform experience.
• Collaborate with Staff Engineer Cloud & Observability to translate strategy into priorities.
• Create a coherent platform experience across Technology Platforms.
• Align stakeholders on priorities, dependencies and trade-offs.
• Use feedback and adoption insights to improve platform capabilities.
• Champion customer-centric decision making and outcome-driven delivery.
