Job summary

Rituals is seeking a Product Owner for Platform Foundations to shape platform capabilities that help engineering teams build, deploy, provision, operate and observe products with confidence.

You will own the vision, roadmap and adoption for Platform Foundations, including GCP foundations, enterprise observability and guardrails around security, IAM and FinOps. Collaborate with engineers and architects to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Product Owner/PM in technology, platform engineering or developer tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy and roadmap for Platform Foundations, including Cloud Enablement and Observability.
• Shape Platform Foundations as a platform-as-a-service offering to drive adoption of cloud enablement, observability and self-service capabilities.
• Lead the Enterprise Observability vision, operating model and platform experience.
• Collaborate with Staff Engineer Cloud & Observability and platform teams to translate strategy into clear priorities and measurable improvements.
• Work with Technology Platforms across roles to create a coherent platform experience for users.
• Align stakeholders across Technology Platforms, Architecture, Security and engineering with transparency around priorities and trade-offs.
• Use feedback and adoption insights to continuously improve platform capabilities and outcomes.
• Act as a product leader championing customer-centric decision making and outcome-driven delivery.
